The AGM is one of the most important events in the branch calendar. It provides a formal opportunity to reflect on the year’s activity, review the Association’s performance, and set out plans for the year ahead.
Updates will be provided by the Finance Committee and all standing committee members, offering a clear overview of branch finances, events, welfare activity, and future priorities.
A full agenda will be circulated in advance. If you would like to raise a motion or suggest a discussion item, please contact the Chairman prior to the meeting so it can be included.
Refreshments will be provided, including sandwiches, tea and coffee.
We encourage all members to attend and take part in shaping the direction of the Branch for 2027 and beyond. Meeting minutes will be published online following the AGM for those unable to attend in person.
